Oct 4th 2007 2:34PM My parents only allowed us 1 hour of TV a day when we were kids. We found plenty to do outside! We used our imagintations and made up games. We played sports, rode bikes etc...
Of course nowadays they can't be outside unattended because of more weirdos out there. But parents need to get off their butts and just go out with them. As parents sometimes its easier to just stay inside checking out the internet or watching TV ourselves but all that does is make you fat and lazy. And you don't want your kids going down that same road!
