We have millions homeless, hungry, losing homes ,lost jobs, sick, destitute. We choose to put the money in things that don't really matter. How selfish and sad we are. Aug 22nd 2010 4:26PM Check it out Carl and some of u so called informed people. Is there food stamp abuse? U bet there is , however that is not for the majority. Do pookie and shanaynay abuse the system ? U bet some do , I am a grand parent raising grand children. I have 2 of 4 on welfare and the oldest finds odd jobs to help support himself, since he can't find a job in this economy. I can't get full benifits for them because they coun't my social security against the grant. I have a crippled person on SSI in my home and theycount 206.00 of their money against the grant. Further more Shanay nay cannot go and add new children to her grant because after the first child it is not allowed. Yes she may get a few more food stamps, maybe 40.00 more for another child. Yes and med-i-cal but, no cash aide.
So u folks need to get more informed. It isin't as easy as you think for people on welfare, Most people don't abuse the system. What is stupid, is when someone signs up and 45 days down the road they give them over $700.00 dollars in food stamps and money for back pay and current. Those people sell food stamps for the money and they buy lots of junk food too. I find that to be waste on the governments part. Then they clothes shop and eat out etc. Living with mom and dad and lining their pockets instead of renting a house. It seems the ones who really could benifit, don't!

May 27th 2010 5:14PM Hogwash! I used xenical for a year and just 4 mos. ago I had labs done and everything was great. I also was diagnosed with Hep c in 99. My Dr. is amazed that I have a very low virus count less than 28,000. I don't believe a word the FDA says. They want us to stay sick and fat. They are in league with the pharmacutical companies to make more money . I take plenty of vitamins and do my best to eat right. My only complaint about xenical is that you lose about 15 lbs. and thats it. one u stop taking it , the weight come right back as with every product out there. The best way to lose weight is exercise daily.

Fire, police, etc. All people, should have basic affordable rights to medical care. Widows, orphans, sick and poor, should be taken care of. People should be allowed to make all the money they can. Those same people, should donate to help their fellow man. Should the government try to take all the rights and monies from us that they can? NO! Government employees, should be getting a set pay rate that is not ,overboard and above board. I cant stand hearing repubs and dems hollering about their agendas, Lets all just get it together and do the right thing for everyone. No agendas for special interests. Just, for the people, by the people. Look to your bibhle for the answeres . As the bible clearly states. Man cannot direct his step alone. He is bringing the entire inhabited earth to ruin. Look it up.

Apr 3rd 2010 3:01PM Lots of great ideas coming out here. Now if everyone will try them. We could solve homelessness and save the planet (at least in part) by these ideas. Filling them with sand for insulation sounds good to me. Clear silicone would seal spaces between bottles. I lve how even their furniture was made from wood and bottles. Doll house and all . I can't wait to do one for my granddaughters.
