Confessions of a Coroner {AOL Jobs}
Feb 15th 2011 10:43PM I know what this coroner speaks of. But from a different perspective. That of a Fire Fighter. We are usually the first ones on the scene of the really gruesome ones. I've seen the remains of a train hit, and it isn't pretty. Neither is the smell. Then you have the ones burned in a fire, that smell you don't get out of your nose for a long time. I know it may sound callous, but you can actually feel sorry for the adults, but their death somehow doesn't bother you as much as a child or an animal like a dog does in a fire. They're the really innocent ones that suffered because some stupid adult left a tobacco product burning in a chair, couch, or in an ash tray and it fell out. Then there's the alcoholic parent that caused the fire. They're the ones I really don't feel sorry for, but the kids they kill, I do. Yeah, it's not a pretty job in times like this, but someone had to do it.
What Happens if You Decline a Full Body Scan? {AOL Travel News}
Nov 17th 2010 7:46AM Why is it the TSA can do these intrusive searches, yet if someone else were to do this they'ed be arrested for sexual assualt? The Constitution protects us from invasion of privacy like this so how do they avert the Constitution? I believe there are a lot of perverted people that they hire. I'd like to see someone put their hands on me. I don't know who they are unless they were a police officer trained for this, I'd punch their lights out. They are not nurses, they are not Drs, they are trained by regular workers and they don't hold a health license so who the hell gives them the right and permission to do this. We need a lawyer to challenge this. Where's all the big mouths like the two reverands? Where's Jesse and Sharpton stand on this when they do it to black people, or are they telling us it's alright because they'er actuallly perverts too? This is illegal and it's about time it's challenged in the courts.
One Round Doesn't Mean Tiger's Back {Fanhouse Golf Blog}
Aug 27th 2010 8:49AM He won't be back until he's got 11 broads in 11 towns waiting for him in bed. Then he'll be back. And I say, good for him, they're the dumb ones because all they get is him, he still has his money! And he has all the fun.
Ryan Newman, Joey Logano Face Off After Tangling in Race {Fanhouse Motorsports Blog}
Aug 16th 2010 1:05PM If Logano said it was no big deal to try and pass someone at that point in the race, then why was he trying so hard to pass Ryan? Seems to me he's the one that caused the mess by racing "Hard" himself. He hit Ryan, so what's his complaint? Every couple of years you get a new cry Baby. We had Kurt Busch, then we had Kyle Busch now we got JOEY BABY for the new cry baby. Hey Joey, either get over it or go back to the short tracks, no don't do that because then you'll really be crying. How about go back to pre school and the play yard!
Tourist Seriously Injured After Sleepwalking off Hotel Balcony {AOL Travel News}
Aug 7th 2010 11:13AM Why would anyone, that knows they are a sleep walker, take a room above the first floor to begin with? I mean like that's a no brainer. I mean why didn't he just say he wanted a top floor room and get it over with. If I knew I was a sleep walker, I'd make sure I had a room that I absolutely couldn't get out of. If you're traveling with someone, then let them bring any kind of safety device they can get to keep all the doors and windows closed and locked so you can't get out. And don't let you see them or how they operate so you can't defeat them in your sleep. This guy was just plain stupid.
Lorenzen Wright Died of Gunshot Wound, Ruled Homicide {Fanhouse NBA Blog}
Jul 30th 2010 10:02AM They concluded it was murder? Gee, what gave them the first clue, the twelve bullet holes in his body, the fact that the gun wasn't his, that it couldn't have been suicide because 1) It's pretty difficult to shoot yourself 12 times in areas that will cause instant death, 2) the fact they got finger prints off the gun from a left handed person and he was right handed, 3)There was no gun powder on the body from close contact, or 4) they didn;t find the gun that killed him at the scene? Good police work. And typical of when a Black person is shot and killed. How sad that people still act that way and it's the year 2010. When are we ever going to have brotherly love and care for all people in the world. Guess not in my lifetime.
NASCAR's 'Have at it' Policy Yields Action, Feuds {Fanhouse Motorsports Blog}
Jul 1st 2010 12:32PM Come on all you jealous whineing cry babies. Did y'all go to the Kurt, Kyle, Denny, Joey and others cry baby school? You didn't see any whineing or crying on the web when Ole Man Earnhardt was around. He was the master of the bump and run, and every single time he did it, just like now it was deserved. Sometimes it was and still is the only way to take the lead when you know and every body else knows you have the faster car and you're just being blocked. So just like football, take the blocker out of the way. Of course you do it in a way to try not to hurt him. But do it anyway. That's racin. Always has been and always will be.
New Bill Grants Fed Power to Shut Down the Web {Switched}
Jun 21st 2010 4:47PM I see another possibility coming too, Revolution. It just may be that time in the U.S.S' long History to do just that!
Michael Jackson's Kids Coping Without Dad {PopEater}
Jun 21st 2010 3:42PM No one has asked the obvious question that's on my mind yet. Maybe I missed it, but if one of his kids didn't get tagged by a Tazer Gun, who did? Another question, what the hell was a Tazer gun doing in the house in the first place where a child could get their hands on it? If you have any kind of weapon in the house it's supposed to be in control of an adult or locked up where a child can't get to it. So if a child did have it, someone wasn't paying attention and someone shouldn't be allowed to have that weapon. Someone should have been charged with allowing a minor to be in posession of said weapon. If no ont got charged it's another case of someone special being slapped on the wrist again. That's how people get hurt and killed.
Don't Be a Victim of Interview Bias {AOL Jobs}
Jun 16th 2010 10:28AM Just be yourself and relax. Give honest answers. And if you know you can do the job and you're really good at that type of job, give an attitude that you don't care if "X" company hires you or not, because if they don't "O" company will and it will be thier loss. You have to be confident in your ability to do the job you are applying for.
