Sep 18th 2010 3:49AM I would LOVE to see Joe back in a Mets uniform!! He is a WONDERFUL person, and I have the upmost respect for his abilities. I met him when my son was going to try out and he was very helpful and kind...he told my son he would be his next "Mattingly"...but, unfortunatly my son got hurt shortly after. No matter what Joe does I wish him the very best...my prayers are still with him.

Aug 25th 2010 5:26PM You know that some families just cannot AFFORD fresh fruit and vegies!!!! OR MEAT for that matter...the cheapest foods are pasta and other carbs that will fill BUT make you gain weight!!!! Coming from a dirt poor background myself I can vouch for this!!! If your child is hungry what can you do:?:?:? you have to make due with what you have. Look around people...the heaviest are those with the lest money...its always been that way. Yes, I know the parents can make the kids eat less of the pasta...but, when a child is hungry its hard to say no. And as far as those "plenty of programs" NONE OF THEM GIVE ENOUGH to provide the "right food"...I KNOW!!!!!!!!

Aug 16th 2010 3:10PM Cap 1 is the WORSE credit card company there EVER WAS or WILL BE!!!! BEWARE!!! My hubby was in the hospital, and because he makes the check we were one week late with a payment, called them and explained, they said they would take off the charges...(OF COURSE THE CALL WAS TO INDIA!!!!!!) THE late charges were not taken off..another call another promise...went on for FIVE MONTHS...meanwhile late charge after late charge piled on...they now say we owe them OVER FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS on a 400.00 CREDIT CARD!!!!! PLUS for those 5 months we STILL MADE the correct payment we were surposed to!!!!!!!! Now they keep threatening us with court...we are both disabled older folks...NOW if our GOVERNMENT would STOP allowing the BANKS WE THE PEOPLE BAIL OUT!!!!!!!! to ship these JOBS overseas...we would NOT HAVE over 1,000,000 JOBS LOST IN OUR COUNTRY ..plus...WE WOULD HAVE ALL THE TAX MONEY FROM THE PAYROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER USE A CREDIT CARD IF YOU CAN HELP IT...we only got it to help pay for our medications...now our conditions are MUCH worse...all because of this....I am dying.
