iOS 4: The Upgrade Guide {Switched}
Jun 23rd 2010 12:39PM I downloaded the new iOS 4 last night. Everything seemed to go fine, but even with a fast cable internet connection it took over an hour to upload the new OS and then sync everything back. This morning, I turned on my wifi to update 5 apps and forgot to turn the wifi back off. About two hours later at work, I made a phone call and my phone died during the call. The phone shut completely down. I turned it back on and the battery was completely dead. Luckily I have a case-mate fuel lite case so I turned it on to recharge the battery. Now 2 hour later, the battery is already down to 1/2 a charge and that's with the wifi turned off. I may wish I hadn't updated the operating system is this keeps happening!

They treat their women as if they are possessions, with no more rights than they give a goat. They're stupid enough to believe if they commit suicide killing those who don't agree with their f*cking ridiculous, religious beliefs that they'll be rewarded with 40 virgins in heaven. Personally, it would have been appropriate for those women who resigned to have come back into the station and went all Jihad on the men's asses. Maybe Mohammad would have rewarded them with 40 hot Christian men who were well versed in coitus.

It always amazes me how Christians seem to think they have the right to voice their beliefs and push their agenda on the rest of us, but if anyone has a different opinion, then we have to stop that from being heard, because only Christianity can be the one true and right religion. SHEESH! While this country was established by people who were mostly of a Christian or Jewish faith, our forefathers were open minded enough to know that religion should NOT decide how the government was run, thus the whole "Separation of Church and State."
One of the main reasons the first settlers came to the "New World" was to escape the Church of England's crushing policies that controlled everything in England at the time.
Graham needs to realize that slamming some other religion will get you un-invited to any state function that includes a religiously and culturally diverse list of invited guest. He needs to learn to keep his mouth shut, and his bigotry to himself if he wants to be invited to the party.

Mar 15th 2010 10:55AM For those of you idiots with your heads up your asses saying that pit bulls are not dangerous and that all pit bull attacks that occur are the fault of the owner, I give you this example of why you are idiots and why you are wrong. Our neighbors in Virginia Beach, back in the 1990s, had a big, lovable, and beautiful brindle pit bull named Tiger that they raised from a 7 week old puppy. He was always loved and pampered and never treated in such a way as to make him mean or irritable. They had a baby girl and when she was born the dog looked over her and protected her like a mother.
The two were inseparable, and the pit bull was always gentle and loving with her UNTIL the day that the neighbors dog got into their back yard. The three year old little girl made the mistake of thinking that it was okay to pet the new little doggy in the presence of her own sweet, loving, harmless pit bull. Evidently, the pit was extremely jealous and a fight broke out between the two dogs. The mother heard the dogs fighting and ran out the back door just in time to see her little three year old girl trying to get her dog to stop fighting by pulling back on it's neck. In a split second the pit turned and chomped down on the side of the girl's face, splitting the top of her head and the side of her face open and tearing off part of her ear. That lovable, sweet, harmless pit bull gave that precious little girl 33 stitches from the top of her head down the side of her face and she had to have 3 plastic surgeries to try to get her ear back into correct placement.
Pit bulls are extremely dangerous and even the most loving ones that are never miss treated can maul and even kill those who love them most, because they are so powerful and their bite is so ferocious that even a simple split second bite like that can inflict serious injury or even death.
This pit bull in the park was doing what ALL pit bulls have built into their DNA, and that's be aggressive and controlling. You wouldn't take your child to a park where you knew aggressive bullies were going to be playing, so why would you take your dog to a dog park where aggressive, bully dogs are going to be playing. This is one breed that needs to be made illegal. If you think otherwise, you're totally ignorant.

It's a 1959 Buick Electra 225. Yes, it had a LOT of Chrome, and some would say to excess, but it's tastefully done, and even this picture wreaks of class and sophisticate style. If General Motors could recapture this in the styling of some of their new cars (The woefully bland new Buick Lucerne needs a big shot in the arm of this kind of styling) then people would flock back to their brands in droves. They've got the basics down, with decent handling, ride, and dependability. Now they've just got to figure out a way to put a SOUL back in the styling of the car, something that moves you when you look at the car
standing still. The problem is they are now trying to copy the "Generic Japanese LOOK." Chrome was just a way to dress up a car, and if it's done tastefully it can make a big difference, but the overall styling
needs to be dramatic and stand out. Yes, some people will hate it, and others will love it; but either way, it's better to induce STRONG emotions, than it is to just make a car that every sees and says "EHHH, it's
okay, I guess." Bring back the 50s I say!
