Ann Taylor Sweater Dress - Testing the Garment {Stylelist (Main)}

Oct 21st 2010 4:04PM It looks like crap on all of them. Women need to learn to wear what looks good on them, and stop acting like high school sheep.

Why I Don't Hate My Mother-in-Law {Lemondrop}

Oct 19th 2010 3:52PM Upon my husband and I bringing home our newly born daughter, the first words my MIL said was "Awe, the daughter I never had". I knew I was in trouble, and turned out I was correct.

George Clooney Pulling Out All the Stops to Save Lives {PopEater}

Oct 17th 2010 5:50PM I'd like to know WHO decided WE will be helping out with anything? "You can't save every dog at the pound, without putting yourself in jeapardy" my mother used to say. Americans can't save the world. We need to focus on our own crap first.

Your Video Resume: Don't Be Dave! {AOL Jobs}

Oct 5th 2010 2:57PM It was funny, but let's be serious. In THIS economic crisis, employers need to get over themselves, and try to focus on the person and their skills. Maybe spending more than 30 seconds reading the resume, not forgetting that some people barely have gas to get to the interview, much less money for good paper! When I interview people, I first notice their look. I don't need to see the "latest" fashion, just a freshly showered/clean clothes look. Next, I see your attitude. Are you smiling, or do you look like someone who's going to stress out everyone in the office. I've already READ your resume, and short of background you qualify or you wouldn't be in the interview process. So, what comes out of your mouth makes or breaks you. People, don't buy into these stupid articles. Show up on time, be honest on your resume, and dress neatly. A person you would enjoy working for, won't be looking for "fluff".
