Nov 26th 2006 1:03PM Not only is the Buick better looking in China, as a percentage of GM sales, it has been a better seller over the last five years. The problem with your suggestion: the Chinese have no 5 mph bumper requirements. This and other regulatory drivers often makes just bringing over a vehicle to another market impossible, something the OEMs bitch about on a constant basis.
