Nov 24th 2006 9:43PM I've been in this house, and it is a nightmare...a real tear down. It's been on the marrket for over three years. But the site is amazing, and Seven Gates is the most sought-after location Up-Island, with private beaches, tennis, and services. It's very Old Money and discrete.
