Nov 18th 2006 9:39AM take the turkey in the cavity insert fresh oranges some slices of apple and some cold butter wype turkey down with oilive oil then add poultry seasoning and rub bird put in plastic bag set timer cook till half done remove from over gently turn turkey over brest side down return to over all the juice will filter through the brest meat makeing a very moist juicy bird
