Feb 19th 2011 9:11PM Sure, the view is astoundingly beautiful, but the house itself is an outdated mess. The new owners will either do a complete tear down or a complete remodel. The windows need to be replaced, the wall heaters need to go (and a new heating and cooling system installed), the shower enclosure is ridiculous, and then there are the plywood walls and plaid carpeting. And yet, they want $10 million dollars???
Someone will come along and fall in love with the view, but still, is it worth $10 million if you have to completely tear it down and start over? I won't be writing any checks for this one.

Jan 23rd 2011 6:59AM Just goes to show how foolish people are with their money when they have too much of it. I wonder if these same fools ever heard of charities out there that could use that money? Instead they choose to throw it away on their own private "country."
It really is no wonder this world is so messed up. It's all about me, me, me, me, me.
