Condensed Milk vs. Evaporated Milk {Slashfood}

Mar 9th 2011 4:38AM Evaporated milk is usually stored in a sealed can and is usually thicker than the fresh milk. However, many people prefer buying evaporated milk as it can be stored for a longer time, and it doesn’t need refrigeration until the can is opened. My favorite is the coffee made up of evaporated milk.

iPhone 4 glass spawns class action lawsuit {TUAW.com}

Mar 4th 2011 6:43AM I'd be sure to buy those rubbery exterior cases but I'd be even more careful not to drop my iPhone 4 three times in a row. There is no doubt that plastic will definitely survive a fall better than most glass. Still, most high-end device manufacturers would go with a material that isn't plastic. The plastic makes them feel junky. I also think that most manufacturers would think a consumer would definitely take better care of high-end device.

Apple will most likely have to go to carbon fiber on iPhones in the future. Apple could certainly use Lexan plastic for survivability, but it scratches so easily. Apple would have to devise some sort of thin outer glass coating for hardness. No way to win 100%. There'll always have to be some compromise.

"Naked Sushi" Arrives on the Shores of America {Gadling}

Feb 26th 2011 6:10AM Nyotaimori, also known as ‘Body Sushi’, is a type of sushi or sashimi that is served on the body of a women, typically naked women body. This kind of serving is rarely found in some parts of the world. This is an obscure Japanese practice, which had attracted immense media attention when it was first introduced.
Nyotaimori is art. Sushi is considered very pure and elevated in Japanese and when sushi is put on woman's body, that woman needs to proud of herself, not that cheap stupid thoughts.

La Tomatina - The Lovely Tomato Festival {Gadling}

Feb 24th 2011 2:52AM This must be one of the craziest things I have ever done in my life. 30,000 people cramming into a tiny town to throw tomatoes at each other. It is fantastic fun though to be involved in a massive food fight - but be warned that if you are in close to the “greasy pole” in the centre of the town - it does get rough and is not really for the faint hearted.

The best part is when the fight ends and everyone trudges through the town tomatoes everywhere and all the townspeople lean out of their windows to hose you down so you can get back on the train.

Check the bunol website to see when La Tomatina will be each year as the date changes but usually it is the end of August.
