Small Virginia Winery Goes Up For Sale {Luxist}

The winery has experienced such a dramatc run-up in documented value over the past several years that the owners elected (over six months ago) to test the reasonableness of that value in the marketplace. If a satisfactory and well-qualified overarching offer comes in, it will be considered (we would be foolish not to).

We are otherwise operating profitably, are makiung award-winning wines and have no urgency in selling. Questions from interested qualified offerors regarding the potential sale should be addressed to Soethby's. Any other questions about our operations or business performance should be addressed to me at the winery.
