Vitamin D And Its Benefits {Shopping Articles Blog}
Mar 9th 2010 10:14AM I, too, take Vitamin D3, three 5,000 IU capsules a day, or 15,000 units. My back does not hurt as it once did, my joints do not ache as they once did. I have experimented with dosage levels from 2,000 IUs a day to 24,000 IUs a day. The 15,000 IUs works for me - not 14,000 or 13,000 but 15,000. That's the level I need. I take a Centrum Silver, an occasional ibuprofen, occasional calcium and Vitamin C, and my Vitamin D3. I am 56 years old, have no side effects, and feel as good as I have in years. Vitamin D is a wonder supplement!
Chris Golightly Replaced by Tim Urban on 'American Idol' {PopEater}
Feb 18th 2010 5:50PM Oklahomie, how can a TV show be homosexual? Please don't use the word "gay" to refer to something you feel stupid. There are thousands of "gay" people who are neither stupid or bigoted like you. One of those is my son. You must be young, naive, and bigoted to use the term so casually.
Ali Walks Out on 'Bachelor,' but Was It Planned? {PopEater}
Feb 9th 2010 2:34PM "The Bachelor" is no longer a "reality" show; it is a "soap opera." And I detest soap operas. All of Jake's responses are "scripted," his choosing of the Bachelorettes is "scripted," all of the "drama" is "scripted." I will no longer be watching either "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette." What a crock!
Sarah Palin on Oprah: She Was 'Unprofessional' In Couric Interview, Calls Levi 'Ricky Hollywood' {Politics Daily}
Nov 16th 2009 7:07PM OMG, she is so annoying, with that nasal-tone voice of hers and her command of the English language at a fifth-grade level. She failed as Governor of Alaska, she bashes the man who brought her out of obscurity, and she brought the Republican ticket to its knees. Yeah, just what we want representing our country. Personally, I'm tickled to death. Bring her on, and watch the Democrats gain more power than ever. She has divided the Republican party to the point of nonexistence.
How Palin Could Win the 2012 GOP Nomination {Politics Daily}
Nov 16th 2009 6:49PM I sick of her already...again. I just hope the ultra-right-wing lugnut repugs keep on propping her up. It'll be like Christmas every day of the year for Dems!
How Palin Could Win the 2012 GOP Nomination {Politics Daily}
Nov 16th 2009 6:47PM I'm sick of her already. . .again. I hope the ultra-right-wing conservatives keep on propping her up. The Dems will have nothing to worry about!
Bitter Betty: Democrats Need an Etiquette Lesson {Politics Daily}
Jun 19th 2009 5:50PM And, obviously, she is way overpaid, especially since pastime is spelled thusly and eavesdrop is one word. Just another example of the arrogance and incompetence on Capitol Hill all the way down to the gophers. And I am a Democrat. How funny and sad, all at the same time. She needs to use some of that big salary to take an English language course.

Jan 13th 2009 6:08PM If you don't care, then why did you access this story and why did you take the time to comment? Sounds like you have nothing better to do, john. Get a life and quit sitting around at your computer all day and bitchin' about something, anything, and everything.
Cat Fur Sweaters for Everyone {Lemondrop}
Jan 10th 2009 9:29AM When I read some of the comments that people post on these sites, I shake my head in disbelief. . .and embarrassment. It is scary to think that these people hold jobs that affect the public, serve on juries, and are responsible for raising our next generation of citizens. When China imposed its rule of only one child per couple in an effort to control population, I and others screamed "human rights violation." But, considering today's economic crises, despoiling of our natural resources, and the idiots that are having litters of children, it's not such a bad idea. At least, some of these people who cannot read, write, or comprehend the written word would be limited to passing their genes on to only one child. Please get sterilized, Nicole.
Kate Gosselin - Her Side {ParentDish}
Dec 11th 2008 11:05AM I cannot believe anyone continues to watch this show. I watched perhaps two episodes and could not stand to hear another word come out of Kate's mouth. She is controlling and paranoid and vain. The episode regarding her tummy tuck was laughable. How many moms do you know that have the luxury to go for that option and can take the time off to recover? She certainly had help following that surgery. I have never seen her KISS one of her children. But I have seen her lay her hands on Jon more than once. With overpopulation on this globe, it should be against the law to have eight children. I cannot stand to watch that other show, and I haven't, about the family with 20 kids or so. They all should be sterilized. Raising eight kids by yourself? Heck, she has a whole house full of people all the time to raise them, and she's not one of these moms with four kids who actually has to have an outside job in order for the family to survive. I'm just glad she's not raising my grandchildren!
