Dec 9th 2010 9:44AM These are great tips - pretty crazy how many scammers there are out there! Never thought about how preloaded gift cards might have had half their value stolen before they reach me.
I think that's why I prefer to go with email gift cards since it's a lot harder to steal the code beforehand if it's generated then and there. Plus I don't have to head out to the store and I don't have to pay shipping, and there are good deals at online gift card stores like: www.ebillme.com/gift-cards
