Dec 11th 2010 3:31PM Just look at that exterior shot!
It just doesn't get any prettier.
Thanks for the lovely post.
Oct 22nd 2010 9:02PM It's really nice to see Ms. Ryder again- one of the best actors of her generation.
Her talents have been conspicuous by their absence.
Sep 5th 2010 12:59PM A truly incongruous strap, which is not well conceived even in a post- ironic way.
But I do love the "Tribble" implication.
A Happy Holiday to all :)
Jul 23rd 2010 3:22PM Wonderful styling!
I had been waiting to see the contemporary Victorian styling show up in men's fashion again.
Thanks for the post!
Jun 23rd 2010 2:22PM What a lovely estate!
May 28th 2010 6:10PM The Rubin is a jewel of a museum. Certainly one of the nicest in NYC.
Apr 23rd 2010 4:23PM Thank you for the post.
I MUST get this for my mother in law, Elizabeth Tarbell.
She was one of the first woman horse trainers in the country (thoroughbreds) and I know that she'll enjoy it. Thanks!
Mar 8th 2009 12:27PM Hey, I thought everybody said that Steampunk was dead?!
It appears that the style is quite alive. And when rendered by a master designer as shown here, it blows us all out of the water.
May 29th 2008 6:18PM Is it just me or is this one of the coolest bags I've ever seen?
The form, details and materials almost have an evocative, 'ancient crafts' appeal. My wife, Leslie, hasn't weighed in yet on this one, but I'm quite sure that she'll see what I mean.
Very unique and well rendered. Leave it to Gaultier to expand the vision!
Thanks so much for the post. Art
