Nov 25th 2009 12:39AM Jackie 127 I appreciate what you had to say, after all it is just a TV show. However, I also have to say that some of the folks making comments probably have not been around too many years saying that Donnie Osmond has always been a perfect gentleman. Do you remember when he expressed his envy and jealousy over Michael Jackson when they were younger because he was not the entertainer that Michael was, making the money that Michael was, etc. He and his brothers always tried to copy the Jackson Fives' music and style, but couldn't even come close. I have felt so sorry for him down through the years because he fans were not enjoying him because he was all that, for the most part it was for other reasons and only his fans can explain that to you. But anyway it is just a show and either Mya or Johanna should have won, even if Kelly won it would have been better than this outcome. Peace

Nov 25th 2009 12:22AM I wish everyone would get it right and understand that Kelly is the only one without dance training. out of the last 5 that were on the show they all admitted to having some kind of dance training, except for Kelly. I think she did a great job, and of course Mya was great. However, Osmond was not that convincing, especially after all of those years of being in the entertainment business and having to take dance lessons and learn dance routines, choreography, acting, showmanship, etc. I think everyone has forgotten how many years he has been doing just this kind of thing in front of an audience every since he was a little boy. So considering that he should have been gone over 4 weeks ago, really! Unless this just based on pure popularity, he should have been gone weeks ago. We all know that Mya was definitely the best dance, but Kelly has come the farthest. Johanna should have still been on there, not Osmond. Of course the show has been won by other people based on their popularity before, I am just really tired of seeing the Osmonds on TV anywhere. They try so hard to be these great entertainers that they are not and have been given opportunity time after time after time. Please let them go and retire now and let the folks that have seen them for years and wondered why have a moment of peace.

Nov 24th 2009 11:38PM I was shocked, I mean really shocked to see that the Osmond had won. After all of his years in entertainment, it's a shame that he was not able to perform a little better than he did. Maybe because he is getting over the hill. Frankly I am extremely tired of seeing him and his sister on TV, what's it all about. They have never really been very talented, just in the right place at the right time and having people (Mormons) and Utah wanting to see them succeed because of where they were from. I am afraid he did not WOW the crowd, unfortunately it is a popularity contest. I agree there should be a medium on there somewhere and if there was he would have been gone about 3 or 4 weeks ago. He definitely should not have won!
