Bernanke: Fed Should Help Turn Foreclosures Into Rentals {AOL Real Estate}

Jan 5th 2012 4:53PM Actually Sami you are wrong. Pam purchased the house without appliances, the appliances were purchased outside the mortgage, therfore they are considered personal property along with her clothes, furniture etc. I don't understand you people siding with banks who brought this country to its knees. You feel bad for them when all they do is make money off other peoples misfortunes. I hope both you and Dorothy get to learn that lesson first hand, perhaps when your ivory tower is foreclosed you might understand.

Nov 28th 2011 3:01PM No diamond is a bad diamond and any diamond for the holidays would certainly be a surprise! Might be my birtstone, but I was not born with any!

Nov 28th 2011 2:54PM The one thing on our family wish list is an alternate heating source for our home. With the price of home heating oil, sometimes its warmer outside than I have been keeping the thermostat inside. Natural gas is not an option for us! Don't have a fireplace or anything like that, but if Santa would build one complete with chimney, Id leave him the best darn cookies I could conjure for a treat!

Foreclosure Settlement Imminent? {AOL Real Estate}

Oct 11th 2011 3:22PM If you read the article then you would see that it says the banks have to contribute the money to the fund as a penalty for their illegal foreclosure practices. Not a cent is coming from the tax payers. What is amusing is the banks have to put the money into the fund... only to get it back from those who qualify. Another dog and pony show.

HAMP Helping Fewer and Fewer Homeowners {AOL Real Estate}

Oct 7th 2011 2:44PM It didn't work because it is targeted to people who don't need it. If your mortgage payment exceeds something like 35% of your monthly income, or less than 23% (i think) then you don't qualify. The people who need the help aren't eligible as a result. It makes about as much sense as the rest of the nonsense that comes out of Washington. A whole lot of red tape to get a whole lot of nothing. I tried modifying my mortgage through this program and though I didnt qualify with Obama because my mortgage payment was like 48% of my monthly income at the time (15 year mortgage with 6 years to go), the bank worked something out with me instead. Had I had a 30 year mortgage and my payment was lower I would have qualified, but then again I wouldn't have needed it! Feds are so clueless and have no grasp of reality. It is within their power to fix things if they would pull their heads out of their rears.

Mom Defends Decision to Give 8-Year-Old Daughter, Britney Campbell, Botox (Video) {Stylelist (Main)}

May 12th 2011 5:01PM This is disgusting! What kind of mother injects their child with poison and feeds the child heaps of insecurity? She is 8 she has no wrinkles! This poor child should be taken away from her clearly depraved mother and placed in a healthy supportive environment. Whoever is supplying this botox should be arrested and paegants should not allow constestants who undergo this cruelty! I don't care how many other parents are doing it, round them up and put them in a mental institution! These are children for crying out loud. Let them be children!

Still? Chelsea Handler Pokes Fun at Kirstie Alley's Weight {PopEater}

May 12th 2011 10:13AM Clearly some people never advance beyond Junior High School maturity levels. Howie, Im sure you are no prize given your school yard mutterings, just remember though, it is easier to lose weight than it is to cure stupid.
