Ashton Kutcher to Replace Charlie Sheen on 'Two and a Half Men' {PopEater}

May 15th 2011 8:47PM Oh Please!! You people are acting as if this role is so difficult that only one man can do it... Really?? Anyone on the face of the Earth could do the acting job that CS did on this show. He read lines... that's all he did. I sat and watched a few episodes of 2and a half men and closely watched CS do his thing and before I say more let me be clear. I like CS and I wish him all the best so this is nothing personal... it is just what it is and there is nothing more except the spin that YOU put on it. Anyone could have done CS job on the show. The other actors put more into their roles than he has ever done and for him to call himself a "brilliant" actor. It's just not in the acting he does on 2 and a half men... there is only his reading of the script. He is a natural because we have all seen bad actors but that is all he has. I actually like Jon Cryer far more than CS on the show. Even the kid has more acting skills than CS. I think the show will do fine with AK and I hope that he makes me laugh... something that CS hardly ever did

Christina Aguilera Botches National Anthem at Super Bowl, Admits Mistake {PopEater}

Feb 7th 2011 3:17PM OMG people get a grip. She didn't grow up singing the Star Spangled Banner like we, actual Americans did. I think she did a great job and in her own style. I am a singer and I have gotten caught up in the performance and then went blank... Her recovery was fantastic and her "And The Rockets Red Glare" was goosebump raising which brought her back to a powerful finish. She is a professional, YES I AGREE... but she is still human and we all make mistakes. Just be glad that you weren't the one who did it in front of millions of people and then had to hear how horrible you were. I think she is wonderful.

Katey Sagal Downsizes to Bel Air Home {AOL Real Estate}

Jan 30th 2011 8:38PM THE PICTURES ARE OF THE HOUSE SHE SOLD NOT THE HOUSE THAT SHE JUST MOVED INTO... Still, downsizing cost the same as the money she got for selling her old home. It's probably to lower the property taxes. Maybe Sons of Anarchy isn't doing as well as I thought it was. I love that show and I love Katey Sagel.

My Bad Day -- I Broke My Neck and Walked Away {Asylum}

Dec 2nd 2010 7:02PM LEE... I think she was just saying that he is a creative writer, which is true. The date of the xray is Jun 03, 2008. The date that you were looking at was the writer's birthday. If you look to the right of the date that you are thinking is the date of the accident then you will see an M (for male) then a few lines down is where the date of the accident is and it says... 2008,Jun 03

Carriage House Redux, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

Oct 9th 2010 5:03AM If you would like to see an article about NYC carriage houses and see a picture of one that looks just like this one (the carriage door is the same, except this one is original) then check out this website... http://www.nyfolklore.org/pubs/voicjl28-1-2/alley.html

Oct 9th 2010 4:33AM Deanna,
You are correct. Those are really nice wood panels and real wood at that. I think that it's the colour that is making people think it is similiar to the nasty cheap paneling that people used to think looked so great. Most people like the darker woods... mahoghany, cherrywood and the like. I know I do. It's just too bad that they used that particular wood in almost all rooms of the house. They even used it in the bathroom. That's really not a good place to use wood because of the moisture.

Carriage House Redux, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

Oct 9th 2010 4:17AM These were buildings that rich people used to keep their carriages in and the people who served their transportational needs. The carriages used to be very tall and would have been about the same height as a fire engine.

Oct 9th 2010 3:20AM The Indoor Kitchen is in the second picture from the top. The one with the green chairs in it (yuck) and the second floor glass balcony that looks down into the first floor livingroom. The kitchen is right under the glass balcony. It has white counters and brushed chrome appliances. Not sure why they didn't show that off. I would have liked to have seen that up close. You can also see the kitchen from the 5th picture down. That's the picture that shows the outdoor dining area. That outdoor shot is my favourite.
