May 13th 2008 10:35PM OK people, do some math, he's now 36, he was 17 when he did this, there's no way he's on parole anymore. Parole cannot be more than 7 years in the state of mIssouri, also, as far as the general public goes you have no access to recrods more than 10 years old, so whoever wrote taht about looking it up, i hope you work for the state, or else you hacked their private records.......... It was statutory rape, which is not always classified as such, more than likely 2 kids, doing it in the back seat and the girl's family yelled when they found out....... he's paid his debt. no charges of any kind since, enuf is enuf, leave the man alone, let him live his life, he is not even required to register as a sex offender nor is he listed as such............. he deserves to live his new life, without this screwing up everything he has now........ the bad thing is all sentencing guidelines are set by the fed's with no leniency for judges.......... they have to go by the book......... the mandatory in missouri is 5 years unless you got a good lawyer that get's you time off........ in a plea agreement........... obviously he had a public pretender who didn't even do good damage control...... it was not uncommon way back then to do 5 years for this "crime" and I use the word loosely as there are no details about the whole thing............ Let him attend the graduation, the super's just copping so she doesn' thave to earn her paycheck, another whinebag like most of the public school teacher's these day's who think they're overworked with 20 kid's in a class and a full time teacher's aid.......... get a real job, try working for a lviing............ my mother retired from the public school system in this state, with a master's, 42 kid's and no teacher's aid........... her pay her last year..... a measly 14,000 bucks.............. nobody would work that hard for those pennis these days

Jan 24th 2008 6:59PM They forgot the ultimate advice, first, always wash the clothes, they don't.............. and you have no clues if they were cleaned or not before taken in, second, Never and I repeat Never buy thrift store shoes of any kind, you have no idea what you could be exposing yourself to, foot fungus, toenail fungus (which is next to impossible to get rid of and is very painful), planter's wart's and there's no way to totally clean shoes, ever.
It's just not smart .................
