Sep 6th 2010 1:23AM My friend referred me to them - they apparently have a referral policy where you can get the service for free for every 3 people referred. Anyways, so far I have used them for the following tasks:-
1) Got them to clean up my contacts file which has 10,000+ contacts and upload it on their portal - they were very quick to do it.
2) Asked them to order groceries for me online every 15 days - will be keeping a tab on their diligence
3) Had them speak to my credit card company about a disputed transaction and patch me in for 2 mins to confirm things were clear - they did a good job and I didn't need to add anything.
4) Got them to cancel my subscription to the Economist
So far, loving the service as it's allowing me to spend more time with my family. My wife thinks I suddenly have a special assistant for such chores! ;-)
