There are so many bright, young, successful people coming back to the city, it is only a matter of time before Detroit rises from the ashes like a phoenix. Things are changing daily, and it started first with a new Mayor that cares about the city. With more exposure like this, positive, the city will change even faster. I grew up splitting my time between Highland Park and the Burbs, and Detroit is still my city, and it will always be.
