Aug 10th 2010 1:05PM Worst costumer service I have ever seen for the money. Management and staff had absolutely no experience with hospitality whatsoever, especially the manager hisham shawal. I had to wait for my room until 6pm, next day I woke up only to find two of the hotel staff right next to my bed doing the minibar. My suite's swimming pool wasn't working for 3 days. The manager literally barge into my room at exactly 12pm to tell me i had to checkout. I ask him what about my pool and how late u checked me in, he laughs in my face and says go get a massage. it is basically a beautiful building being run by butchers.
