This is a case of "the lesser of two evils" and this time I would have to agree that if anyone should get full custody it should be Pete Wentz.
As for attorney fees..............OH BROTHER!!! This is NOT a personal injury lawsuit where you are suing soemone for damaging something of yours or injuring you. Those are cases where you ask for attorney fees. Ashlee can certainly afford her own attorney fees plus the fact is she filed for divorce initially so she should be the bearer of the fees! I am sure "Good Old Dad Joe" made a small Kings Ransom off of both of his daughters, so let "Daddy Dearest" pay for Ashlees attorney!

Why is it that in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, we let every BOZO sing it the way they think it should be done? Francis Scott Key wrote OUR ANTHEM in 1814, and THIS COUNTRY and it's people should be singing it the way it was written!!!!!!! To song it any other way is a mockery of our country. With that being said, Ms. Aguilera should be ashamed of herself!!!!!! What a disgrace to OUR COUNTRY and OUR FLAG!

Dec 16th 2010 4:26PM TO VICTORIUS..........If you are so well read and well learned, you would know that The Bible is nothing more than a compiled list of stories that were handed down from one generation to another prior to having writing instruments and book binding techiniques. As with the game of "telephone", what was originally told has changed over the centuries and the language that was used back then is very different than the modern day language we now go by. God NEVER wrote the bible. Man devised the bible by putting together and compiling the stories that were handed down from generation to generation. Mere "storytelling".
So while you sit on your righteous derriere quoting (incorrectly of course), instead have some repsect and consideration for the Parents, Family & Loved Ones of that beautiful young and talented child who passed away!
I hope that all of those whos lives were touched by Shannon Tavarez find comfort in knowing she is in Gods Hands in Heaven!

Oct 8th 2010 8:12PM Boy do I hear a lot of jealousy out there! If someone worked hard and made millions legit and saved, why shouldn't they be able to buy and live in a home like this?
The reason for so many foreclosures, yes some are because of over valuation by banks and giving out mortgages too big to handle. Some people lost their jobs and now those big mortgages they have are out of reach. And for many, well they just have to keep up with the Joneses! I have met many people who purchased 5 bedroom, 4-5 bath homes with 3 car garages and a pool only because a friend or relative has one with 4 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms and a two car garage and pool. They had to play the "one upmanship" or I can get bigger and better so now people will admire what I have instead of admiring you!
I think the "green with envy" syndrome has hit far too many people. If and I do say "IF" you can afford to buy a luxury mansion for 35 million------hell, more power to you. But if you can only afford a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for 150 grand------be happy you have a roof over your head and can afford the payments, insurance and upkeep. I could have purchased a larger Villa than what I have but I did not want to take a risk of "what if" so I went with a less expensive model. Now I am able to travel and do other things without worrying how I will pay the bills. I even managed to pay my mortgage off 8 years early. Instead of a 15 year mortgage, I added extra payments and now I am mortgage free.
Put your jealousy aside and instead of worrying about what soemone else is doing, worry wbout your own finances. Until someone else pays my bills, I do what I want with the money I earn and I could care less what anyone else thinks.

Don't know if these pics were before Heather Mills purchased or whether this apartment has been "staged" by the realtor, but unless you are a germophobe, who would want a stark white apartment? Imagine sitting in there during a winter snow blizzard? Needs color somewhere.
