And as for the makeup, anyone who gets all of those steps done in 5 minutes is not paying close enough attention to detail. Those models in the pictures took WAY longer than 5 minutes to have their makeup put on, not to mention the fact that they are wearing much more than just what is written for this so-called "5 minute routine".
And what about eyebrows??????

Apr 27th 2007 3:31PM well, good for her...yes, eating is fun. but if you look at Giselle's Victoria's Secret shots, she never ever looks too skinny...so I'm really curious to see what this extra weight looks like on her. 15 extra pounds on me would look awful.. of course, she is also 4 inches taller than I am, so that probably equals out to 5 extra pounds on me.

J.Lo is a perfect definition of curvy, which just means that you are slim and fit, AND have a full bust and butt, as opposed to other slim women who are flat-chested and flat butted, like Kate Moss for example.
As for Victoria Beckam, I'd say she looks pretty good at her size..I mean, she's a very petite, small boned, short woman..so she looks good that skinny.

And yea, there may be more size 16 women in the world than size 0's, but that doesn't make being a size 16 a good thing. That's why Heart Disease kills so many people every year..because more than half of the American population is overweight.

If you had cameras flashing at you everytime you set foot outside, you would work hard at being thin and pretty too! Why do you think celebs wear those huge sunglasses?? It's to hide their faces when they're not wearing makeup...remember that horrid shot of Cameron Diaz without makeup? They don't want that happening to them.
Maybe instead of putting people down for being thin and pretty, you should try to work on yourself..it's certainly more productive. Those of you out there who are also slim and beautiful know what I'm talking about..we have no reason to put down Posh Spice or any other celebrity for that matter.

Dec 1st 2006 12:10PM I personally think that all this hyperactive feminism is crap. Seriously, look at what it's done to our society. Kids are failing in school and have no morals or manners and they are grownig up as useless wastes of space...and why? ..Because Mom is too busy trying to prove that she can be just like Dad to pay attention to the kids and raise well rounded human beings.
I realize that most families need 2 incomes to get by, but that doesn't mean that Mom has to prove to the world how manly and independent she can be. I mean, where is the love??
I come from a home in which both of my parents worked, but my mom was still there for us and my dad respected her for that..and they are still together.
And yes, I too, am a working woman..but I'm not a feminist.

Oct 25th 2006 4:00PM What you need to remember is that high-fashion runway is not about the girl, its about the clothes. (You've seen it: the super-thin glamorous model with the UNattractive face..and youre thinking, wow, she's ugly..how come she gets to be a model??) That's why designers choose super-skinny models to show off their creations; because they are literally performing the function of a (walking) clothes-hanger. You cannot create a hanger-illusion with a big girl.
However, I think that while skeleton-like women can be beautiful in a morbid sort of way, they are NOT the most attractive women on Earth.
So who gets my winning vote? The Victoria's Secret Models. They are tastefully slim, yet still have curves--and they look healthy. That is the figure I keep myself at. I eat what I want, and I work out. That's healthy AND beautiful.
