I can buy this gorgeous old house for only reason - to transform it into Marilyn Monroe Museum. MM is an American Legend, she's part of American culture, somehow MM is a part of American history.
Mark, your note about the house is very interesting , informative and would be used for future visitors. I have no money to buy this house, but my wish for the buyer- be smart. You're buying the GOLD EGG.
