Help the little old white homeless lady that was in the Centinela, Sepulveda area going through garbage cans on a cold rainy Christmas day looking for cans and bottles, or the black guy that sets up home at the corner of Pico and La Cienega that I saw during my 17 day stay in rainy LA. I noticed that there are more blacks and whites that are homeless than there are mexicans. This year I stayed away from downtown because it reminds me of a third world country.
