May 16th 2011 11:42AM YES YOU CAN - I have never had cable in my house & I do just fine. I made a plan when I moved out of my parents house in 1991 to never let tv run my life's schedule. It is very freeing not to have to plan a schedule around a television show. When regular tv costs money, I will be done with the whole mess.

Feb 4th 2011 6:47PM This "book" writer would have had credibility in my eyes if he had actually had a NDE. I would much rather people read a book called "90 Minutes in Heaven". This guy was actually brain dead for 90 minutes & writes about his PERSONAL experience. There was no tunnel with a bright light at the end. It was just he was here on earth then he wasn’t for 90 minutes.

The majority has not been a real concern of this administration or the last. As for the anchor babies….Their citizenship happened while a crime was being committed, so it should be void. If the parent/s of the under-aged child is being deported, then the parents should have 2 choices - 1.) take your child back with you & give up their child’s claims of citizenship or leave them here & put them into the adoption system. The parents can explain to the child why breaking the law is not a very good idea. The US could very easily force Mexico to take the entire family back & give the lot of them citizenship of Mexico. I KNOW IT IS CRUEL, BUT WE HAVE TO DECREASE THE TAKERS OF OUR SOCIETY – THEY WILL BANKRUPT US.
