Mar 3rd 2011 9:36PM Interesting place....from the outside. Too bad the realtor who took the pictures didn't have keys to get inside..........

Yipes! Dreadful place. I think that ratty couch in the living room was in my frat house 40 years ago...now I know where it went! Pictures on the wall near the ceiling? Who took the real estate picture of an unmade rumpled bed? A spa so far uphill from the house that only a mountain goat could use it? A kitchen that makes medieval kitchens positively appealling? And only $2.2 million? Of course he's moving up---there's no other direction he can possibly go!
Jan 31st 2011 3:48PM Love the house but, omigod, how many clashing patterns can you get in one house?
Dec 31st 2010 5:26PM I can never understand why architects/designers/builders/owners allow the outside bar area to be facing the stone back of the house and the gutters. Only the bartender gets to enjoy the magnificent view over the valley. Sigh.
Dec 11th 2010 6:14AM Sure doesn't take advantage of the spectacular view and lack of neighbors. Tiny slit windows are a waste. Why sit in the bathtub and look at the wall? Lower the sill and it would be spectacular. And why does the dining room face a cold slab?
Jun 26th 2010 1:10PM Aha! That answers it. Jack is John's younger but just as elegant brother!
Jun 13th 2010 2:48PM Does anyone else find it surprising that a company of this size would make such a colossal mistake with their name? Cary Grant didn't play Jack Robie in To Catch A Thief.. The name of the reformed thief he played was JOHN Robie. Yipes!
