Some how a baseball player can stand in and let someone throw a ball 100mph at them and not have to have silence. And if you want rude, listen to the things the degenerates in a ball park yell at the players, or the things yelled at a guy in a penalty box. Grow. Focus on you game. Cash the check. Quit whinning.

The Valencia,Ca. park was been taken over by gang bangers years ago. Why do you think they had to install metal detectors? To many problems. Moral decay is not Six Flags fault, but not keeping the place clean, ridiculous prices, not enough security, these things all ARE their responsibilty.
I'm amazed the park has stayed afloat this long.

Jul 9th 2008 6:42PM The world is not fair. Simple as that. I have no idea why the lady is in a wheel chair, but the responsibilty lies with her family to make sure she is well taken care of. If that means paying more to fly a better airline, or going to an airport (maybe furhter away, yes) that uses jetways instead of ramps. The world does not conform to us. We need to make do and deal with it. It's easy to bash the crummy airline, or the 'ratty' passengers. They did not help the situation, but at the end of the day, we are responsible for ourselves and our loved ones.

Oct 16th 2006 5:50PM Once again we have a problem that shouldn't be 'personal' but gets made so by both sides. We buy a ticket for a whole seat and are entitled to it. When we go to a movie or concert is it just accepted that we can fill the seat of the person next to us? Of course not. What ever the reason, genetic or doughnut, the thing that matters is the SPACE. Not why the space is filled. It is not descrimimation, it's phyisics. Two bodies cannot occupy the same space at the same time. Anyone remember that?
There is no reason to make personal attacks on the ones that are to big to fit in the seats. It is the airlines duty to make sure we are all given the goods (in this case a whole seat) we purchase. I think everyone agrees that planes are uncomfortable and guess what we all get to vote, with our money.
