Sep 21st 2010 10:02PM it's not much different than time shares in luxury resorts. You are sold the idea of exchanging your timeshare for another one in what ever place you want to go. Just try to get one. They are always full, or not in the time of year that you can go.
They are a total ripoff. You could go and pay for a vacation there for less money, and not have those monthly maintenance fees. They seem to go on forever.
Ever try selling one of them? Real estate ads come every week or so, saying we can sell your time share for you. Yes, but pay 4 or 5 hundred dollars up front, with NO guarantee's. BIG RIP OFF!
Call the better business bureau. You will be shocked at how many complaints there are.
Save your money. Believe me, I, been there. They give you all kinds of excuses why they can,t get you the time you want.
When the kids are out of school, it is almost impossible to get in a time share that you want.

Apr 23rd 2010 9:55PM My Grandparents came over from Italy to Ellis Island. They came the legal way, and worked and paid taxes like every American. Our borders need to be secured, and if there are illegals here now, they should apply for citizenship or be sent back to their own Country.
JUST OBEY THE LAWS. Our law enforcement needs to do exactly that. Check their legal status and if no proof, send them home.

Apr 22nd 2010 3:18PM Pardon me, but the whole stock market is no different than Las Vegas. It is all a gamble. The board of directors control the companies. The market makers control the market. Once a company goes public, it's like they have a private checking account. The public really has very little control of what the company spends the money on. (or what the board decides to pay the management in salaries, bonuses, and stock options.
IT IS STILL ALL A BIG GAMBLE.
The market makers cut their deals with other market makers, and control the prices of the stock.
