May Pang was hired to be John & Yoko's personal assistant. She was instructed by Yoko herself, to be John's companion. Over time...John and May fell in love.

May was the best thing to have happened to John, and I would not be surprised, had he lived, if he and May were sharing a nice happy life together today.

It seems to me that he was his happiest during that time with May. With May's encouragement, he was getting close with his son Julian again, he was recording the best music of his solo career, he was even considering musical endeavors with Paul McCartney. All things that would not have occured had he been with Yoko, the control freak. Just my opinion.

I will always remember John for his great music, not his personal life. That really was not any of my business anyway.
