Oct 15th 2006 9:02AM Loved the Beatles and their music---always will. John was brilliant, but also a man with many flaws that his many fans overlooked. Yoko Ono, was and still is true whacko that got her 15 minutes of fame stretched into a lifetime by hooking up with John & helping destroy the greatest band ever. Musically, the Beatles music catalog will live on forever and for better or worst so will some of John's eccentricities. Remember him best for his Give Peace A Chance movement and his musical collaborations with Paul. Lennon/McCartney did create some masterpieces together over a short period. period.
