Nov 20th 2010 6:49AM Those 5 shows are right on target and the FN has too many reality cooking shows.I think the perception of a food network is to teach and be inventive of ideas to cook. Short cuts are great, but if it doesn't have flavor, its worthless.
Too much showmanship and not enough good cooking. The Neeleys are good people but I get tired of their banter. Sara Moulton is terrible. She rushes her guests to death. Tyler Florence is on of my favorites along with Claire Robinson. We want more food cooking and less competition.

IT ALMOST REMINDS ME OF "TWIN PEAKS".....AND THAT DIDNT START OFF WELL EITHER AS IT WAS IN COMPETITION WITH NORTHERN EXPOSURE AND THAT WAS A MORE NORMAL SHOW....BUT THE MYSTERY BEHIND TWIN PEAKS IS ALMOST THE SAME IN HAPPY TOWN AS THE MAGIC MAN IS ANOTHER BOB AS IN TWIN PEAKS.....PLEASE GIVE IT A CHANCE...
