Mar 11th 2011 12:01PM Bravo Hershey... I was just about to comment on that point when I saw your post.. A VERY important fact indeed.
May 4th 2010 3:06PM This case seems straight forward and simple... The ring was given and accepted with the intention of marriage. She is just using the fact that he proposed to her on her birthday to be vindictive. It is clear that this was NOT given as a gift. Even if she is holding it for use in the repayment of rent and bills, if the total does not equal $17,000, she should sue him for what he owes ad give him the ring back or if she has the intention of keeping the ring, which seems evident, she must reimburse him the difference.
Apr 23rd 2010 9:09PM This headset brand is amazing. I have been using Jawbone for several years now and I would highly recommend purchasing one. I can be in the middle of traffic walking around the busy streets of NYC or driving around with the radio on and windows down and I can hear the person on the other end chrystal clear and they don't hear a thing except my voice. The customer service is also excellent.
