Oct 18th 2006 10:28AM I second the opinion on the Patek Philippe being a great timepiece. These artsy new watches,of which this Lacroix is one, are cute but not terribly functional. (How would you tell when it's anywhere between 4 & 5 o'clock, use a protractor, I guess.) When it takes more than just a glance at one's wrist to tell the time, you've got a mechanized bracelet -- not a watch.
