Mar 24th 2010 3:56AM Just wanted to point out that although in general it is true that most Irish whiskey is distilled 2 times - it is not a rule. In fact Connemara, that you mentioned in your article, is distilled twice. The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey collection (known as The Wild Geese Irish Soldiers and Heroes in the US) is also only distilled twice. Both of these whiskey's are from Cooley's. Thanks
