Did Elle Magazine Lighten Gabby Sidibe's Skin? {BV on Style}

Sep 17th 2010 8:34AM WHY IS THIS NEWS WORTHY? Seldom does the public ever see a proof or raw image when it comes to magazine covers, ads & article photos inside magazines, posters, billboards, displays, catalogs, calendars etc... are photoshopped.

Why does photshopping come as such a surprise to anyone? Photo touching has been done for years even before digital. Now digital just makes it easier, some photographers and editors are very good with software and other still have a long way to go. And FYI....not only are people's images digitally enhanced, so be the same with most all photos from consumer products to food to architecture to animals to landscapes to senior portraits and more.
