Mar 9th 2010 4:55PM It is his neighbors benefiting from the sale. He is a prejudicial person that has little respect for other people. His house is beautiful and a deserving family will enjoy it. His wife should take him to the cleaners so he will meet the same people on the way down that helped him on the way up.

Mar 9th 2010 4:50PM Its a great benefit to his neighbors that he is selling. Judgemental is one terminology i don't believe applies to some the the comments he has made. He is prejudicial and a low life. Hope he has to sell his homes one by one. You meet the same people in the way down as up.
