The loan modification program has not been able to save those who bought in the bubble of 2004 - 2006.

She's a worthy successor to Oprah and it seems like she's going to go for it in creating a successor to her earlier talk show. Her generosity is well known since she resides part time on Star Island in Miami Beach.
