Sep 28th 2011 11:17AM Every American should be able to own a home. The problem is they all want more home than they can afford. My home cost 70K its noice and it was what I could reasonably afford. It is now paid for. Now I think they should lower property taxes. I live in Texas and we are rated 14th in the list of highest tax rates for property. Thanks PERRY. No Perry for President.

Sep 22nd 2011 11:59PM You people have it all wrong. I applaude what this guy is doing. All he is doing is making things better for the future. If the buyer knows coming in they all will be able to get along. He has a right to live his life the way he wants. Better to solve the problem now than to be tied up in police and court for the next ten yrs because you cant get along with your neighbor. Also I dont know if you people realize it but If some one moves in and does things that are offinsive to the established neighbors, The established residents can take legal action against the newcomer for disrupting their lifestyle. Solve the problems NOW instead of Later.

May 15th 2010 11:45PM This is Orange County. They think they are better and can do as they please. I do not care if it is a costume! The girls should not be allowed to wear such a costume at their ages. The mother said it was just a 2 minuite dance. Thats bull, because they had to rehearse and learn the moves. Ultimately it is mom and dads fault for not drawing the line. Mom and Dad exploited the children for a trophie and bragging rights. They should be charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. PERIOD!

Mar 5th 2010 10:11AM The price is the price. A tip is reserved for the exceptional. You should never go into a resturant and be EXpected to tip. I have seen resturant owners that make thousands a month in profits. The server should not work if the wage is not what he wants. I think the whole Idea of tipping has gotten out of hand.
