Feb 23rd 2011 10:24AM I never drink more than one diet soda per day, and rarely have any with caffeine. I have minor problems with compulsive eating, and having a diet soda is a great way to keep off the munchies while not gaining any weight. I can see where diet soda would be a problem, though, when containing caffeine and consumed in excess.

Jan 24th 2011 4:14PM We learned cursive in 2nd grade and were made to use it for most assignments through 4th, being told that it was "essential," and that we "would use it for all important papers" for the rest of our school days. Not true! We hit 5th grade, shifted schools, and switched to typing everything. And promptly forgot cursive. I'm a high school freshman now, and most of my friends would be hard-pressed if required to have a cursive signature, even!

Nov 17th 2010 10:56PM I think she's fine, though if you listen to more than two of her songs in a row they do kind of mush together. But (at least the ones I've heard of) send messages that are relatable to teens, and are encouraging if you're feeling a bit depressed.
If you're really looking for an overhyped singer, try Miley Cyrus. Her singing is PAINFUL!!

May 15th 2010 9:59PM I think that, excepting a few moves, this routine was great. These girls are only 8, and I'm not flexible enough to do most of that. Their costumes, however, were provocative. This routine would've been better if they'd cut just one or two moves and covered their midriffs.
