I give gifts that I can pay cash for and donate to charity for children in need. I find that the peace in my heart makes me the happiest I have ever been. I truly enjoy giving and don't really want any presents.

May 10th 2008 8:25AM Obama hasn't gotten the nomination yet. I haven't voted yet until Tuesday. I'm sick of the racial thing. Race has nothing to do with it, Colon Powell would have won by a landslide had he decided to run.
There any number of blacks that could be a good president but Obama isn't one. He is hiding behind his racial issue to cover up the fact that he has been a member of a devil church for over 20 years and the comments he made that he thought was private about our guns and our faith. If Hillary isn't running for president then McCain will win by a landslide and Obama won't know what hit him. Remember most of the people that voted for him was before we knew anything about him. Many people won't vote for someone because they are of one party or another and the Democrat party has cut their own throat by the way they have treated Hillary. I won't even be voting for my long standing senior since he backed Obama when his state will clearly go for Hillary on Tuesday. No one gets between me and my God or my gun, and I won't vote for a lying kid.

Mar 19th 2008 12:37PM I am in shock that the hour a week that belongs to God alone is being wasted on hate that only is in the minds of trouble-makers. I don't see any difference is what Rev. Wright is saying and what sucide bombs are saying. Neither has a right to hide behind being a christian or a muslim to serve the devil. I am a christian and I take offense to someone talking like that is my God's name.
I didn't know the country was divided until Barrack told me he was going to bring it together. My state and my great-grandfather took a stand over 200 years ago when he marched off to war and my state was created. Get over it people and read your bible. I wouldn't get up and leave a church that would preach like that, I would get up and go on the altar and stand up for my God and what Jesus REALLY TAUGHT. MLK would not approve of the speech's and actions of those in this church. I am American of Irish and German decent and my ancestors were here before the slaves came. It is my country, If you don't love it leave. If you are under 60 years old you don't have a race card to play. If you are over 60, I feel for what you suffered, I did at the time but I didn't do it to you nor did my ancestors, how long will you be a victim when you weren't even one to start with. Give God what is God's, that is what Jesus said.

Nov 27th 2007 10:57PM The question is how many of the people that make up the polls and post on websites will actually vote on election day? I'm sick of people that have nothing to say except Bill and Hillary Clinton's personal life, that has nothing to do with the presidency. Jimmy Carter has been the only president in my lifetime that didn't have an affair and I've been around a while. Anyone who looks at the candiates as who will make the best president for our country, Ms. Clinton is the best choice on either ticket. Now if I let my personal views cast my vote I wouldn't vote for anyone who wants to tax cigarettes. I clearly believe taxing sex is a much fairer tax.

Oct 2nd 2006 4:56AM Actually the pork skin was rendered for the fat or lard that was saved to cook with and the pork rinds were a by product that was discovered. Many of our foods were dicovered this way because nothing was wasted on the farm. I can remember when there weren't any supermarkets.
