12-20 IS a small gathering of friends for me and many of the people I know, something that occurs with little planning and sometimes several times a week. My home also has a full size cocktail bar that gets used on a regular basis. I know others who have the same type of thing in their homes. Most people who care to build a bar that size know how to use it, and do.

Personally, I think the home is beautiful, though the nautical theme is slightly overdone for my tastes and the gate and front facade could maybe use a face lift.
