Feb 22nd 2011 3:19PM I feel children have right's also unless, they are abused. If my child had a problem with skipping class or school then by all means. We are responsible for their safety and education. When you put them on the bus or drop them at the door they should be required to attend set classes and the school should be held accountable for such.
In my opinion, under no circumstance should a child without a problem be monitored.
