Will The Water Bobble Turn Us Into Tap Water Drinkers? {Luxist}

...nice design, huh? Kudos?

Feb 22nd 2010 7:13PM I agree with Craig. For those water drinkers who feel that the WHO is wrong in their research, we really do need more martyrs For The Cause. After all, there really are too many landfills filled with waste water bottles.
On the other hand, for those who don't intend to be martyrs To The Cause, there are alternatives. Water cured at home will provide hydration, pH, electrolytes, flow structure and minerals comparable to premium bottled water 50 or more times more expensive by the ounce. This is the water that best matches human blood.
Which Bobbleheaders from the Planet Bobble don't have. Bobble-head water will do just fine for them.

Feb 21st 2010 9:38PM It is in fact quite a nice design. Kudos to the designer. Indeed, the Bobble design works for Bobble. It works to make dead water filtered dead water.
So Craig, since you're into design, how about peering into a microscope and looking at the real design.
The molecular structure of frozen non-structured tap/bottled/Bobble water looks like an atomic bomb hit it. Structured water has a measure of crystalline design when frozen, sometimes attaining perfect crystal shapes. So, Craig, which water would you like in your body?
And that's okay if you don't believe it. But if you're into science, which I would hope you are to have credibility, here's a good documentary to watch from the makers of "What the Bleep" that verifies all of the above: "Water, the Great Mystery" (search youtube)
I find it utterly fascinating that humans only have one body in this lifetime and would take the risks they do, but manage to change the oil every 3000 miles on every one of the 12 or so average number of vehicles owned in a lifetime.

Feb 19th 2010 11:42AM Hexafluorosilicic acid has replaced the traditional flouride. Unlike the 80 + electrolytes that act independently and in unison, hexafluorosilicic acid does not exist as a discrete elemental species. It is produced as a byproduct from the aluminum industry, is toxic, aggressive and attacks glass, stoneware and enamel including tooth enamel.
I personally have no idea why it's added in municipal water supplies in the US other than to simply dispose of it cheaply. It's a tragedy but all is not lost.
Consuming a solution of water with the independently binding electrolytes is a great start to not only neutralize and render harmless this toxin but excessively present heavy metals in tap water.
Removing chlorine and organic contaminants with a simple carbon filter is a good start, but that's all. One reason the Bobble is so cheap is that the water is still unprocessed. It still contains unbound hexafluorosilicic acid and heavy metals, and lacks the full range of beneficial minerals, electrolytes and flow structure. It merely filters dead water and and produces...partially filtered dead water.
Only do-it-yourself method for curing plain water addresses the fuller issues of water quality for health, cost per oz and the environment.

Feb 19th 2010 11:30AM MOOO, you're both right and wrong
