Feb 3rd 2010 9:24AM I make it an all day event. I leave a small note on the basin in the bath in the morning. Then a flower beside the coffee maker and a piece of chocolate.
If I am able I will take them to lunch if not then a nontraditional flower bouquet is sent. No Roses, tulips.
I will have gone to the market earlier in the week and bought the items I need for a simple dinner. That evening we eat and then watch a movie. I believe it is better to make the event personal and not so commercial. Should be from the heart and not as much from the pocketbook.
