How often do XBLA games get ported?
Very rarely. But you can always hope. There have been a few gems.
How often do those games come to the system the original game they ripped off were from?
Very rarely as well.
Do you honestly see this company trying to compete with TF2?
At a $15 price point they should do well to get people (like me) that want a little more depth to their FPS.
Do you think it would last long with paid DLC versus free DLC?
Paid DLC and PC has always been a problem but if you offer a quality product then you will get the orders. Look at Borderlands.

You have a point but just because it's in the same style as TF2 doesn't mean it's the same type of game. That would be like saying, "Don't release Battlefield Bad Company on PC cause it competes with Modern Warefare 2."
