Bristol Palin is not un-educated. She has a HS diploma. She is only 19 and will probably get a college education. Her whole life is ahead of her, not behind her.

You don't need an offcie to operate a business. She will obviously have staff since this is all to help her mother. Her mother will be her client. Lots of young people have initiative. I'm sure it was her mother's "people"'s idea.
