I would buy it for its place in film history alone.

Dec 2nd 2010 6:34PM For me, it's not "hating" on Deidre, lol. I enjoy her posting every morning.
However, she DOES have a tendency to show homes that are "dated" (and by that, I don't mean "older style" -- I mean homes that are 30-40 years old that haven't been updated (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)).
She also almost exclusively features homes with wooden beams (as if expensive and/or good taste automatically meant beams).
I am one of many on here that don't care for the excess of beams in the featured homes.

I would MUCH rather buy a house where the updating has already been done.
