Sep 21st 2006 9:56PM I think the house is beautiful. I hope they get their asking price. Just sold our home on LI NY and wonder if the Ca. market is as soft as NY was. Glad to be out. Sorry didn't know about this house first. Just bought in Delray Beach Fla. Just a little bit less money. Good Luck!! Ellie
